Practising present perfect
We were practising present perfect and decided to compose rap songs. Here is one of them.
We use present perfect every day, every night, every year and every …
We have broken.
They have forgotten.
She has caught.
And I have brought.
The dog has bitten.
You have forbidden.
Marina, Polina, Sasha and Max have understood this.

9 May / Victory Day
Today war veterans were our guests at school. They talked about the war and peace, our greatest holiday Victory Day with our students. Our class had a special guest too. We asked him lots of different questions. Olya Subocheva composed her poem in no time at all. Enjoy!
There are several monuments in our district. Here is one of them.
There used to be a village called Strogino where our district is now. During the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 the people of the village earned money and donated their jewellery to buy a tank. They sent it to the front to fight the fascists who had invaded our country.
There will be a lot of flowers at the monument in a few days when we celebrate one of our dearest holidays, Victory Day.
